Amendments and Extensions. a) This Agreement may only be modified in writing. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, modifications must be signed by the parties and approved by the SDOH, DHHS, and any other entities as required by law or regulation, prior to the end of the quarter in which the amendment is to be effective.
