Amendments and Assignments. This Agreement may not be amended or assigned without the written consent of all Parties.
Amendments and Assignments. Any change, modification or waiver to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of each party. Neither party may assign this Agreement or any portion of this Agreement to any other party without the other's prior written consent.

The rights and remedies conferred upon the parties hereto shall be cumulative and the exercise or waiver of any such right or remedy shall not preclude or inhibit the exercise of any additional rights or remedies, nor the subsequent exercise of such right or remedy.
Amendments and Assignments. Without the prior written consent of Lender, Manager shall not modify or amend the Agreement, consent to any mutual termination of the Agreement by Owner and Manager, or transfer or assign any of Manager’s rights and interests under the Agreement.

This Agreement may be assigned by the Company. Executive may not assign the performance of Executive’s duties under this Agreement.

Without the prior written consent of Xxxxxx, Assignor and Manager shall not modify or amend the Management Agreement, consent to any mutual termination of the Management Agreement by Assignor and Manager, or transfer or assign any of Assignor’s rights and interests under the Management Agreement.

The Contractor shall not assign, transfer, pledge, sub-contract or make other disposition of this Contract or any part thereof, or of any of the contractor's rights, claims or obligations under this Contract except with the prior written consent of the United Nations.
