Amendment, Waiver, Consent, Etc. Except as otherwise provided herein or as to any term or provision hereof which provides for the consent or approval of the Agent, no term or provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated, nor may any consent required or permitted by this Agreement or any other Loan Document be given, unless such change, waiver, discharge, termination or consent receives the written approval of the Majority Lenders.
