Common use of Amendment to Subsection Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Subsection. 13.7. Subsection 13.7 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (l) in its entirety and substituting, in lieu thereof, the following:

Amendment to Subsection. 13.78.8 of the Credit Agreement. (a) Subsection 13.7 8.8(c) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the phrase "paragraph (l) in its entirety d)" and substituting, inserting in lieu thereof, thereof the following:phrase "paragraphs (d) and (e)".

Amendment to Subsection. 13.710.1. Subsection 13.7 10.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (la) thereof in its entirety and substituting, in lieu thereof, substituting therefor the following:: (a)

Amendment to Subsection. 13.714.9(a). Subsection 13.7 14.9(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (l) the words "on terms and conditions substantially similar to those set forth on Exhibit Y hereto" beginning in its entirety the penultimate line and substituting, substituting in lieu thereof, thereof the following:: "in accordance with the provisions of subsection 14.2(b)".

Amendment to Subsection. 13.713.12. Subsection 13.7 13.12 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (l) such subsection in its entirety and substituting, in lieu thereof, the following:
