Common use of Amendment to Subsection Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Subsection. 14.6. Subsection 14.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of clause (g) thereof, (b) deleting the period at the end of clause (h) and substituting in lieu thereof the following: "; and" and (c) adding at the end thereof the following new clauses (i) through (k):

Amendment to Subsection. 14.68.8. Subsection 14.6 8.8 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ai) deleting the word "and" at from the end of clause (f), (ii) deleting the period from the end of clause (g) thereof, (b) deleting the period at the end of clause (h) and substituting in lieu thereof therefor the following: phrase "; and" and (ciii) adding the following new paragraph (h) at the end thereof the following new clauses (i) through (k):thereof.

Amendment to Subsection. 14.67.6. Subsection 14.6 7.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of clause paragraph (ga)(iii) thereof, (b) deleting the period at the end of clause paragraph (ha)(iv) and substituting in lieu thereof the following: "; and" and ", (c) adding at the end thereof thereto the following new clauses paragraph (i) through (ka)(v):

Amendment to Subsection. 14.67.4. Subsection 14.6 7.4 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at from the end of clause (g) thereof, (b) deleting the period at the end of clause (h) and substituting in lieu thereof the following: "; and" and (c) adding at the end thereof the following new clauses (i) through (k):Subsection 7.4(c);

Amendment to Subsection. 14.68.6. Subsection 14.6 8.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ai) deleting the word "and" at the end of clause paragraph (gi) thereof, (bii) deleting redesignating the period at the end of clause current paragraph (hj) thereof paragraph (k) and substituting in lieu thereof the following: "; and" and (ciii) adding at the end thereof the following inserting a new clauses paragraph (ij) through (k):which will read as follows:
