Common use of Amendment to Subsection Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Subsection. 8.8. Subsection 8.8 of the Credit Agreement is amended by (i) deleting the word "and" from the end of clause (f), (ii) deleting the period from the end of clause (g) and substituting therefor the phrase "; and" and (iii) adding the following new paragraph (h) at the end thereof.

Amendment to Subsection. 8.88.10. Subsection 8.8 8.10 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word "and" from at the end of clause paragraph (f)j) thereof, (ii) deleting the period from the end of clause (g) and substituting therefor inserting the phrase "; andand " in lieu of the period at the end of paragraph (k) thereof and (iii) adding the following inserting a new paragraph (hl) at the end thereof.thereof which will read as follows:

Subsection 8.8 8.5 of the Credit Agreement is amended by (i) deleting the word "and" from the end of clause (fh), (ii) deleting the period from at the end of clause (gi) and substituting therefor the phrase "; and" and (iii) adding the following new paragraph clause (hj) at the end thereof.:
