Common use of Amendment to Subsection Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Subsection. 8.3. Subsection 8.3 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph (k) thereof, (b) by redesignating paragraph (l) thereof as paragraph (n) and (c) by adding two new paragraphs after paragraph (k) to read in their entireties as follows:

Amendment to Subsection. 8.3. Subsection 8.3 of the Credit and --------------------------- Guarantee Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of the paragraph (kn) thereof, (b) by redesignating deleting the period at the end of paragraph (lo) thereof as paragraph (n) and substituting in lieu thereof the following: "; and" and (c) by adding two thereto the following new paragraphs after paragraph (k) to read in their entireties as follows:p):

Amendment to Subsection. 8.3. Subsection 8.3 8.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ai) deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph (ki) thereof, (bii) by redesignating the current paragraph (lj) thereof as paragraph (n) and (c) by adding two new paragraphs after paragraph (k) to and (iii) inserting a new paragraph (j) which will read in their entireties as follows:

Subsection 8.3 8.4 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ai) deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph clause (kb) thereof, (bii) by redesignating paragraph (l) thereof as paragraph (n) and deleting the period at the end of clause (c) by and substituting in lieu thereof the following: "; and" and (iii) adding two the following new paragraphs after paragraph clause (k) to read in their entireties as follows:d):

Subsection 8.3 8.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph clause (km) thereof, (b) by redesignating paragraph (l) thereof as paragraph replacing the period at the end of clause (n) thereof with a semi-colon and the word "and" and by inserting immediately after such clause (cn) by adding two new paragraphs after paragraph (k) to read in their entireties as followsthe following:

Subsection 8.3 8.11(b)(ii) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph (k) thereof, (b) by redesignating paragraph (l) thereof as paragraph (n) and (c) by adding two new paragraphs after paragraph (k) to read in their entireties as follows:the clause.

Amendment to Subsection. 8.37.4. Subsection 8.3 7.4 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at from the end of paragraph (k) thereof, (b) by redesignating paragraph (l) thereof as paragraph (n) and (c) by adding two new paragraphs after paragraph (k) to read in their entireties as follows:Subsection 7.4(c);
