Common use of Amendment to Subsection Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Subsection. Subsection 8.5 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word "and" appearing at the end of clause (e) thereof, (ii) replacing the period at the end of clause (f) thereof with the phrase "; and" and (iii) adding at the end of such subsection the following new clause (g):

Amendment to Subsection. Subsection 8.5 7.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ia) deleting the word "and" appearing at the end of clause paragraph (ea)(iii) thereof, (iib) replacing deleting the period at the end of clause paragraph (fa)(iv) and substituting in lieu thereof with the phrase following: "; and" and ", (iiic) adding at the end of such subsection thereto the following new clause paragraph (ga)(v):

Amendment to Subsection. 8.4. Subsection 8.5 8.4 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ia) deleting the word "and" appearing at the end of clause (ein subsection 8.4(h) thereof, (ii) replacing the period at the end of clause (f) thereof with the phrase "; and" and (iiib) adding at the end of such subsection inserting the following new clause (gwords and punctuation immediately after the words "subsection 8.2(s)" in subsection 8.2(i):

Amendment to Subsection. 8.11 of the Credit Agreement. Subsection 8.5 8.11(b)(ii) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word "and" appearing at the end of clause (e) thereof, (ii) replacing the period at the end of clause (f) thereof with the phrase "; and" and (iii) adding at the end of such subsection the following new clause (g):clause.

Amendment to Subsection. Subsection 8.5 8.3 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word "and" appearing at the end of clause paragraph (em) thereof, (ii) replacing inserting the phrase ";and" in lieu of the period at the end of clause paragraph (fn) thereof with the phrase "; and" and (iii) adding inserting a new paragraph (o) at the end of such subsection the following new clause (g):thereof which will read as follows: "

Amendment to Subsection. 8.8. Subsection 8.5 8.8 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word "and" appearing at the end of clause (e) thereof, (ii) replacing the period at from the end of clause (f), (ii) thereof with deleting the period from the end of clause (g) and substituting therefor the phrase "; and" and (iii) adding the following new paragraph (h) at the end of such subsection the following new clause (g):thereof.

Amendment to Subsection. 6.9. Subsection 8.5 6.9 of the Credit Agreement is --------------------------- hereby amended by (ia) deleting the word "and" appearing at the end of clause (evi) thereof, thereof and (iib) replacing inserting the following new clause immediately preceding the period at the end of clause (f) thereof with the phrase "; and" such subsection: and (iiiviii) adding at Investments by the end of such subsection Borrower in the following new clause (g):LaSalle Re Series B Preferred Shares made prior to June 1, 2000.

Subsection 8.5 8.10 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word "and" appearing at the end of clause paragraph (ej) thereof, (ii) replacing inserting the phrase "; and " in lieu of the period at the end of clause paragraph (fk) thereof with the phrase "; and" and (iii) adding inserting a new paragraph (l) at the end of such subsection the following new clause (g):thereof which will read as follows:

(eb) thereof, (iiSubsection 8.4(i) replacing of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the period at the end of the clause and inserting in lieu thereof a semi-colon followed by the word "and". (fc) thereof with Subsection 8.4 of the phrase "; and" and (iii) Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding at the end of such subsection the following new clause (g):paragraph in the proper alphabetical order:
