Amendment to Subsection. 9(m). Subsection 9(m)(i)(x) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such subsection in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
Amendment to Subsection. 14.6. Subsection 14.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of clause (g) thereof, (b) deleting the period at the end of clause (h) and substituting in lieu thereof the following: "; and" and (c) adding at the end thereof the following new clauses (i) through (k):
Amendment to Subsection. 5.1(d). The Agreement is amended by deleting current Section 5.1(d) in its entirety and replacing it with the following new Section 5.1(d):
Amendment to Subsection. 11.9. Subsection 11.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following new paragraph (m) after paragraph (l) thereof:
Amendment to Subsection. 6.1. Subsection 6.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the amount "$250,000,000" in clause (b) thereof and substituting therefor the amount "$300,000,000" and (b) deleting the amount "$250,000,000" in clause (c) thereof and substituting therefor the amount "$300,000,000".
Amendment to Subsection. 13.7. Subsection 13.7 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (l) in its entirety and substituting, in lieu thereof, the following:
Amendment to Subsection. 1.2(c). The Agreement is amended by deleting current Section 1.2(c)(1)(vi) in its entirety and replacing it with the following new Section 1.2(c)(1)(vi):
Amendment to Subsection. 18.1. Subsection 18.1 of the Credit Agreement hereby is amended by deleting in its entirety clause (v) of the proviso thereto and by substituting therefor the following:
Amendment to Subsection. 5(a) Subsection 5(a) of the Agreement is hereby replaced in its entirety with the following:
Amendment to Subsection. 2.7. Subsection 2.7 is hereby amended to add the following subsection 2.7(c) after subsection 2.7(b):
