Common use of Amendment to Section Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section. 8.2. Section 8.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (f) thereof, (ii) adding the word “and” at the end of clause (g) thereof and (iii) adding the following clause (h) after clause (g) thereof:

Amendment to Section. 8.25.2(l). Effective as of the Amendment Date, Section 8.2 5.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ia) deleting the word “"and” " at the end of clause (f) thereofj), (iib) adding deleting the word “and” period at the end of clause (g) thereof k), and adding "; and" at the end thereof, and (iiic) adding the following a new clause (hl) after clause (g) thereofwhich shall read in its entirety as follows:

Amendment to Section. 8.27.2. Section 8.2 7.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ia) deleting the word “"and” " at the end of clause paragraph (fj) thereof, (iib) adding inserting the word “"and” at " and the end of clause paragraph (gk) thereof and (iiic) adding the following clause new paragraph (hl) immediately after clause paragraph (g) thereof:k):

Amendment to Section. 8.211.1. Section 8.2 11.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “"and” " after the semicolon at the end of clause subsection (f) thereof, m); (ii) adding inserting the word “"and” " after the semicolon at the end of clause subsection (g) thereof n); and (iii) adding inserting the following clause as a new subsection (h) after clause (g) thereof:o):

Amendment to Section. 8.29.1. Section 8.2 SECTION 9.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “"and” " after CLAUSE (h), replacing the period at the end of clause the CLAUSE (fi) thereofwith a semicolon, (ii) adding the word “"and” " after CLAUSE (i), and adding a clause at the end of clause (g) thereof and (iii) adding the following clause (h) after clause (g) thereofto read in its entirety as follows:

Amendment to Section. 8.28.8. Section 8.2 8.8 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ia) deleting the word “"and” " at the end of clause paragraph (fq) thereof, (iib) adding deleting the word “and” period at the end of clause paragraph (gr) thereof and (iiic) by adding a new paragraph (s) at the following clause (h) after clause (g) thereofend thereof to read in its entirety as follows:

Amendment to Section. 8.28.2 of the Credit Agreement. Effective as of the Amendment Date, Section 8.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ia) deleting the word “"and” " at the end of clause (f) thereofc), (iib) adding replacing the word “and” period at the end of clause (gd) thereof with a semi-colon and the word "and", and (iiic) adding the following a new clause (he) after clause (g) thereofwhich shall read in its entirety as follows:

Amendment to Section. 8.28.3. Section 8.2 8.3 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (f1) thereof, (ii) replacing the period with a semicolon and adding the word “and” at the end of clause (gm) thereof and (iii) adding the following clause (hn) after clause (gm) thereof:: “(n) no more than $100,000 of cash collateral pledged to secure Indebtedness in respect of corporate credit cards permitted pursuant to Section 8.2(h).”

Amendment to Section. 8.29.5 of the Credit Agreement. Effective as of the date hereof, Section 8.2 9.5 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the last word of clause (i) deleting ), "and", by adding the word “"and” " at the end of clause (f) thereofj), (ii) adding the word “and” at the end of clause (g) thereof and (iii) adding the following new clause (hk) after clause (g) thereofas follows:

Amendment to Section. 8.27.06. Section 8.2 7.06 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “"and” " at the end of clause (fi) thereof, (ii) adding replacing the word “and” period at the end of clause (gj) thereof with ";"and (iii) adding inserting at the following clause (h) after clause (g) thereofend of such Section:

Amendment to Section. 8.28.5. Section 8.2 8.5 of the Credit and ------------------------ Guarantee Agreement is hereby amended by (ia) deleting the word “"and” " at the end of clause the paragraph (fi) thereof, (iib) adding deleting the word “and” period at the end of clause paragraph (gj) and substituting in lieu thereof the following: "; and" and (iiic) adding thereto the following clause new paragraph (h) after clause (g) thereof:k):

Section 8.2 7.04 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ia) deleting the word “"and” " at the end of clause (fq) thereof, (iib) adding replacing the word “and” period at the end of clause (gr) thereof with "; and" and (iiic) adding inserting at the following clause (h) after clause (g) thereofend of such Section:

Amendment to Section. 8.28.03. Section 8.2 8.03 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “"and” " at the end of clause (fiii) thereof, (ii) adding substituting "; and" in place of the word “and” period at the end of clause (giv) thereof and (iii) adding the following new clause (h) after clause (g) thereof:v):
