Common use of Amendment to Section 7 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 7. 02. Section 7.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete the word “and” at the end of clause (b), to delete the period at the end of clause (c) and replace it with a semicolon and the word “and,” and to add a new section (d) thereto:

Amendment to Section 7. 02. Section 7.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete by (i) deleting the word “"and” at " from the end of clause (bh), to delete (ii) deleting the period at from the end of clause (ci) and replace it with a semicolon substituting therefor the phrase "; and" and (iii) adding the word “and,” and to add a following new section clause (d) thereto:j):

Amendment to Section 7. 021.9. Section 7.02 7.3 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete by deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (bt), to delete replacing the period at the end of clause (cu) with “; and”, and replace it with a semicolon and adding the word “and,” and to add a new section following clause (dv) thereto:after clause (u):

Amendment to Section 7. 0204. Section 7.02 7.04 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete by deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (b)n) thereof, to delete replacing the period at the end of clause (co) and replace it thereof with a semicolon and inserting at the word “and,” and to add a new section (d) theretoend of the Section:

Amendment to Section 7. 0204. Section 7.02 7.04 of the Credit ------------------------- ------------ Agreement is hereby amended to delete by deleting the word “"and” " at the end of clause (b)g) thereof, to delete by changing the period at the end of clause (ci) and replace it with thereof to a semicolon and followed by the word “"and,” " and to add by inserting thereafter a new section clause (dj) theretoto read in its entirety as follows:

Section 7.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete the word by (i) deleting “and” at from the end of clause (bq), to delete (ii) replacing the period at the end of clause (cr) with “; and”, and replace it with a semicolon and (iii) inserting the word following new clause (s): “and,(s) so long as the Outside Date has not occurred, Investments contemplated by the definition of “SeaSpine Transactions” and to add a new section (d) thereto:related defined terms.”

Amendment to Section 7. 0206. Section 7.02 7.06 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete by (a) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (c) thereof, (b), to delete ) inserting the period word “and” at the end of clause (d) thereof and (c) and replace it with a semicolon and inserting the word “and,” and following new clause (e) at the end thereof to add a new section (d) theretoread as follows:

Section 7.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete by (a) deleting the word “and” at from the end of clause (h) thereof, (b), to delete ) removing the period at “.” from the end of clause (i) and adding a “; and” thereto, and (c) and replace it with a semicolon and by adding the word “and,” and to add a new section following clause (dj) thereto:

Amendment to Section 7. 026. Section 7.02 7.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby ------------------------ amended to delete by (i) deleting the word “"and” at the end of clause (b" immediately following Section 7.6(b), to delete (ii) deleting the period at the end of immediately following clause (c7.6(c) and replace it with inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon and the word “"and,” " and to add a (iii) inserting the following new section (dSection 7.6(d) immediately following Section 7.6(c) thereto:
