Amendment to Schedule C. The stability pricing table on Schedule C of the Product Agreement is hereby amended and replaced with the stability pricing tables set forth on Exhibit 1 of this Amendment.

Amendment to Schedule C. Schedule C shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with a new Schedule C attached hereto as Attachment 2.
Amendment to Schedule C. Schedule C to the Stock Purchase Agreement is hereby amended by deleting Schedule C in its entirety and replacing it with Schedule C to this Amendment.
