Amendment to Deed of Trust. From and after the effective date of this Modification, the Deed of Trust is amended, as follows:
Amendment to Deed of Trust. In the event the Company amends the Deed of Trust after the date of the Closing in a manner that requires the consent of Holders of Obligations (as defined in the Deed of Trust) pursuant to Section 7.2 of the Deed of Trust, the Company agrees to use reasonable commercial efforts to include an amendment to the definition of Additional Obligations as provided in the Deed of Trust to read as set forth in Exhibit A.
Amendment to Deed of Trust. Effective as of the date hereof, all references to "Notes" in the Deed of Trust shall be references to the Notes as defined herein, and any and all renewals, modifications, rearrangements, reinstatements, enlargements, or extensions of the Notes or of any promissory note or notes given in renewal, substitution or replacement therefor. Any stated maturity of the Notes contained in the Deed of Trust is hereby amended so that the maturity of the Renewal Revolving Note is July 1, 2002, and each of the other Notes is subject to coterminous maturity with the Renewal Revolving Note.
Amendment to Deed of Trust. The description of "Obligations Secured" set forth in subparagraph (a) of Section 1 of the Deed of Trust is hereby deleted and the following paragraph is substituted in its stead:

As of the date hereof and in consideration of CapitalSource entering into this Second Master Modification Agreement, Borrower has executed, and Guarantors hereby consent to the execution of, that certain Amendment to Deed of Trust and Security Agreement, acknowledging the extension of the maturity date of the Riverside Loan as set forth in Section 4.6 hereof, and acknowledging the cross-collateralization of the Riverside Loan with the other Loans as set forth in the First Master Modification Agreement and as set forth in Section 9.6 of this Second Master Modification Agreement. 4.3
