Amendment or Supplement to this Agreement. 19.1 The parties hereto may make amendments or supplements to this Agreement by written agreement. All amendment agreements and supplemental agreements in relation to this Agreement that are duly signed by both parties shall form an integral part of this Agreement, and shall have the same legal effect as this Agreement.
