Amendment of Section 9. 17. In respect of the 2018 Notes only, the provisions of Section 4.16 of the Indenture are amended by deleting the text of such Section in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “[intentionally omitted]”. Such provisions shall be deemed not to have been deleted in respect of the 2021 Notes.
Amendment of Section 9. 04. Section 9.04 of the Agreement is amended to read in its entirety as follows:

Amendment of Section 9. 01(a) of the Original Trust Indenture. The second sentence of Section 9.01(a) of the Original Trust Indenture is hereby amended by (a) deleting "(or the Indenture Trustee, in the case of (i) or (ii) below") therefrom and inserting in lieu thereof "or the Indenture Trustee,", (b) inserting "and" before clause (ii) thereof, and (c) deleting clause (iii) and the "and" which immediately precedes such clause.
Amendment of Section 9. 6. SECTION 9.6 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows:
