Common use of Amendment of Section 7 Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Section 7. 2.3. Section 7.2.3 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause “q”, (ii) deleting the “.’ At the end of clause (r) and replacing it with “; and” and (iii) adding the following Section 7.2.3(s) to the end of such Section 7.2.3:

Amendment of Section 7. 2.302. Section 7.2.3 7.02 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause “q”subsection 7.02(k), (ii) deleting replacing the “.’ At period at the end of clause (rsubsection 7.02(l) with a semi-colon and replacing it with adding the word “; and” ”, and (iii) adding the following Section 7.2.3(snew subsection 7.02(m) to the end of such Section 7.2.3which reads as follows:

Section 7.2.3 7.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause “q”(i), (ii) deleting the “.’ At ” at the end of clause (rj) and replacing it with “; and” and (iii) adding the following Section 7.2.3(s7.1(k) to the end of such Section 7.2.37.1:
