Common use of Amendment of PHI Clause in Contracts

Amendment of PHI. i. Business Associate shall within ten days of receiving a written request from Covered Entity make any amendment to PHI in a Designated Record Set as directed by or agreed to by Covered Entity pursuant to 45 C.F.R. 164.526, or take other measures as necessary to satisfy Covered Entity’s obligations under 45 C.F.R. 164.526.

Amendment of PHI. i. Business Associate shall within ten days of receiving a written request from Covered Entity make any amendment to PHI in a Designated Record Set as directed by or agreed to by Covered Entity pursuant to 45 C.F.R. 164.526, or take other measures as necessary to satisfy Covered Entity’s obligations under 45 C.F.R. 164.526. Business Associate shall promptly forward to Covered Entity any request for amendment of PHI that Business Associate receives directly from an Individual.

Business Associate shall within Within ten (10) days of receiving a written request from Covered Entity or an Individual, Business Associate will make any amendment requested amendment(s) to PHI in a Designated Record Set as directed by or agreed to by Covered Entity pursuant to in accordance with 45 C.F.R. 164.526, or take other measures as necessary to satisfy Covered Entity’s obligations under 45 C.F.R. § 164.526.
