Common use of Amendment Effectiveness Clause in Contracts

Amendment Effectiveness. Sections 1.02 through 1.05 of this Amendment shall become effective as of the first date (the “Sixth Amendment Effective Date”) on which the following conditions have been satisfied or waived:
