Amendment costs. If an Obligor requests an amendment, waiver or consent, the Borrower shall, within three (3) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) incurred by the Lender in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.
