Amendment by Mutual Consent. 55.01 It is agreed by the parties to this Agreement that any provision in this Agreement, other than the duration of agreement, may be amended by mutual consent of the Employer and the Union.
Amendment by Mutual Consent. This Agreement may be amended in writing from time to time by mutual consent of the parties hereto and in accordance with the procedures of State law and permitted uses.
Amendment by Mutual Consent. The provisions of this Article shall not prevent any Bondholder from accepting any amendment as to the particular Bonds held by him, provided that due notation thereof is made on such Bonds.

Amendment by Mutual Consent. This Agreement may be supplemented, amended or otherwise modified only by the prior written consent of the Parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Milken has the right, upon ten business days’ written notice, to amend in good faith any and all Exhibits to this Agreement, and the Parties agree that any such amendment made solely by Milken shall be binding on all Parties hereto.
