Amendment and Incorporation of Amendments. Within five (5) business days of receiving a request from Covered Entity for an amendment of PHI maintained in a designated record set, Business Associate shall make the PHI available and incorporate the amendment to enable Covered Entity to comply with 45 C.F.R. §164.526 and other applicable laws. If any individual requests an amendment from Business Associate or its agents or subcontractors, Business Associate shall notify Covered Entity within five (5) business days.
