Common use of Amendment and Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Amendment and Cancellation. We may amend or change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by posting the amended Agreement on xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, and any such amendment shall be effective upon such posting to that Website. The current Agreement is available at xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx. You will be notified of any change in the manner provided by applicable law prior to the effective date of the change. However, if the change is made for security purposes, we can implement such change without prior notice. We may cancel or suspend your Oxygen Savings Account or this Agreement at any time. You may cancel this Agreement by calling (000) 000-0000 to close your Oxygen Savings Account. Your termination of this Agreement will not affect any of our rights or your obligations arising under this Agreement prior to termination. If your Savings Account is cancelled, closed or terminated for any reason, any remaining balance will be transferred to your Oxygen Consumer Deposit Account. You will not be eligible to apply for a new Savings Account until ninety (90) days after the date of closure. If your Savings Account is closed prior to the end of the statement cycle, any accrued interest earned for that statement cycle will be forfeited.
