Alternatives Eliminated From Detailed Sample Clauses

Alternatives Eliminated From Detailed. Consideration‌ As described in Section 2.3.1, the VA eliminated some on the alternative renewable energy systems for the Site. Once a CHP system was considered potentially viable, the VA evaluated possible on-site CHP systems and locations through the screening process. Each of the initially considered locations, with the exception of the locations retained for further analysis, failed to meet one or more of the required screening criteria. As such, these other alternatives were eliminated from further consideration. This included eliminating buildings or areas that could not provide for adequate areas for the installation of the CHP System.‌ Based on these criteria, all areas, except Building 6, were eliminated. While the roof of Building 6 is a possible location for a CHP system, the increased cost to rig a CHP unit onto the roof would negatively impact the economics of this option.‌
