Alternative Transportation. Ferry, bus, train or toll expenses an interpreter incurs to travel to provide in-person interpreter services from the interpreter’s home address, place of business or previous appointment on the same day will be reimbursed by the broker/coordinating entity based upon appropriate documentation.
Alternative Transportation. Where an employee is required to work unscheduled overtime, the Company will, on request of the employee, pay reasonable costs for alternative transportation home under the following conditions:
a) Provided that normal means of transportation is not available.
b) Where employees are parties in car pool arrangements, "normal means of transportation" shall be deemed to include car pools.
c) For purposes of this Clause, "unscheduled overtime" is defined as that overtime occurring where an employee is notified by his/her supervisor during his/her scheduled shift that s/he will be required to continue working beyond his/her scheduled quitting time.

Alternative Transportation. The MBTA must provide alternative transportation to persons with disabilities when the fixed route system is not readily accessible or usable, in accordance with applicable ADA regulations. The system for providing alternative transportation must be designed and managed in a manner that ensures that customers are promptly advised of their right to alternative transportation, that the need for such services is promptly communicated to the responsible officials, and that services are provided in a timely manner.
Alternative Transportation. ▇▇▇▇▇ Theater shall designate areas for parking of scooters, bicycles, and such other alternative forms of transportation as may arise in the future. This designated area shall be pursued for installation in the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ right-of-way amenity zone, but it is recognized that city agencies will have final say in the appropriate location for installation. The ▇▇▇▇▇ Theater shall discourage the parking of these forms of transportation on ▇▇▇▇▇ Avenue north of 4416 ▇▇▇▇▇, and Xavier Avenue.
Alternative Transportation. To help relieve overflow parking in the neighborhood, WPZS will continue to develop an alternative transportation plan in conjunction with King County Metro and the City's policy office. The plan will provide incentives for improved transit, bicycle and pedestrian access, as well as bicycle corrals and transit options for major events. Improved transit, bicycle and pedestrian access will be built into all parking improvements. WPZS will also develop an employee trip reduction plan, dedicated employee carpool spaces, and explore extending transit pass subsidies to all Zoo staff, adding a flexcar and participation in the guaranteed ride home program.
Alternative Transportation. When an Individual with a Disability using a Mobility Aid is refused service because RTD informs the waiting passenger the Securement Areas are occupied and the next bus is not scheduled to arrive for 30 minutes or more, RTD will provide the rider with alternative transportation to ensure the passenger reaches the intended destination in a timely fashion. Alternative Transportation. If Seller's acts or omissions result in Seller's failure to meet Buyer's delivery requirements as previously agreed to in paragraph 3, and Buyer requires a more expeditious method of transportation for the goods than the transportation method originally specified by Buyer, Seller shall, at Buyer's option, (i) promptly reimburse Buyer the difference in cost between the more expeditious method and the original method, (ii) allow Buyer to reduce its payment of Seller's invoices by such a difference, or (iii) ship the goods as expeditiously as possible at Seller's expense and invoice Buyer for the amount which Buyer would have paid for normal shipment.
