Alternative Proposals. During the period commencing on the date that Cinemark provides LLC the ROFR Notice and continuing until the earlier of (i) the end of the ROFR Response Period and (ii) the date LLC notifies Cinemark that it does not seek to provide the Designated Services, Cinemark shall not solicit alternative proposals from any other party for the Designated Services.
