Alternative A The grievance shall be determined by the Personnel Commission. The decision of the Commission shall be made in writing within sixty (60) calendar days after the filing of the appeal at step 3 and shall be final and binding on all parties subject to ratification by the Board of Supervisors if the decision requires an unbudgeted expenditure.

Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.
Alternative Transfer Mechanism The parties agree that the data export solution identified in Section 8.2 shall not apply if and to the extent that MailChimp adopts an alternative data export solution for the lawful transfer of Personal Data (as recognized under EU Data Protection Laws) outside of the EEA (“Alternative Transfer Mechanism”), in which event, the Alternative Transfer Mechanism shall apply instead (but only to the extent such Alternative Transfer Mechanism extends to the territories to which Personal Data is transferred). Alternate Traffic Routing If CLEC has a LIS arrangement which provides two (2) paths to a CenturyLink End Office Switch (one (1) route via a Tandem Switch and one (1) direct route), CLEC may elect to utilize alternate traffic routing. CLEC traffic will be offered first to the direct trunk group (also referred to as the "primary high" route) and then overflow to the Tandem Switch group (also referred to as the "alternate final" route) for completion to CenturyLink End Office Switches.
Alternative Schedules An employee may work an alternative work schedule with the written permission of the employee’s Department Manager. The alternative work schedule may be ended by the Department Manager and the employee’s schedule changed to a different alternative work schedule or the standard work schedule. The District may change the employees work period when an employee begins and/or ends working an alternative schedule. The alternative work schedules are listed in the table below.
RE-WEIGHING PRODUCT Deliveries are subject to re- weighing at the point of destination by the Authorized User. If shrinkage occurs which exceeds that normally allowable in the trade, the Authorized User shall have the option to require delivery of the difference in quantity or to reduce the payment accordingly. Such option shall be exercised in writing by the Authorized User.
Alternative Procedures By electing not to use all available Security Procedures (as described above) to initiate and authorize Wire Transfers, Customer acknowledges that it has declined to use other available security procedures, including, but not limited to, security procedures that use a call back feature to verify authorization of Wire Transfers initiated by telephone or facsimile transmission. ACH SERVICES ACH Origination The Customer (“Originator”) has requested to initiate electronic fund transfer entries (“Entry” or “Entries”) through the Bank (“Originating Depository Financial Institution” or “ODFI”) for the deposit ("Credit") and/or payment ("Debit") of money to and from the accounts of Receivers maintained at Bank and at other Depository Financial Institutions (“DFIs”), by means of the Automated Clearing House ("ACH.")
Alternative Work Schedules Alternative work schedule means an approved schedule for an Employee that deviates from the work week described in Section 1, Section 2, or a schedule that deviates from a worksite’s normal schedule. Employees who work a “shift work schedule” as part of a rotating group of individuals who must continuously maintain a 24-hour operation or facility are not eligible for an alternative work schedule.
