Alternative Education Programs. Teachers in alternative education programs for “at risk” students including Xxxx Xxxxxx Opportunity Center, Xxx Xxxxx Opportunity Center, the Teen Parent Program, South County Center, New Horizon Learning Center, and the Florida Sheriffs Youth Villa, shall work a seven (7) hour day consisting of no more than 330 minutes per day of instructional contact time and 300 minutes per week of planning time. Teachers in such programs who have 270 minutes or less of instructional contact time per day shall be assigned to no more than seven and three-quarter (7 ¾) hours per day.

Alternative Education Programs. (a) Operator may make referrals of students who attend the School to IPS alternative education programs in accordance with IPS’ applicable policies and procedures, and such students shall have access to such alternative education programs on the same basis as other IPS students.

  • Adult Education Teachers of Adult Education shall be paid at the rate of thirty-five ($35.00) an hour. Break time will not be deducted from teachers’ pay.

The definition of immediate family as provided in rule 123:1-47-01 of the Administrative Code shall apply for the leave donation program.

  • Employee Education (A) At the discretion of the Agency Head or designee, the state may allow employees to attend short courses, institutes, and workshops which will improve their performance in their current position, without a loss of pay and benefits.

  • Paid Education Leave The Company agrees to pay into a special fund, one (1¢) cent per hour per employee for all compensated hours for the purpose of providing paid education leave. Such leave will be for upgrading the employee skills in all aspects of trade union functions.   • Resident Educator Program The four-year program is designed to provide newly licensed Ohio educators quality mentoring and guidance. Successful completion of the residency program is required to advance to a five-year professional educator license.
