Common use of Alternative Dispute Resolution Clause in Contracts

Alternative Dispute Resolution. The parties hereby agree that all disputes, controversies or claims of any kind and nature between the parties arising out of or in any way related to this Agreement, its interpretation, performance or breach, shall be resolved exclusively by the following alternative dispute resolution mechanisms:

Alternative Dispute Resolution. The Parties agree that all disputes, controversies or claims of any kind and nature between the parties arising out of or dispute that arises in any way related to connection with this Agreement, its interpretation, performance or breach, which cannot be amicably resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively by finally settled as set forth in the following alternative dispute resolution mechanisms:Alternative Dispute Resolution provisions of Exhibit E.

Alternative Dispute Resolution. The parties hereby agree that all disputes(a) Any material dispute between the Parties, controversies or claims either with respect to the interpretation of any kind and nature between provision of this Agreement or with respect to the parties arising out of or in any way related to this Agreement, its interpretation, performance or breach, non-performance by a Party shall be resolved exclusively as provided in this Article 8. The Parties understand and appreciate that their mutual interests will be best served by the following alternative effecting a rapid and fair resolution of any claims or disputes which may arise out of this Agreement or from any dispute resolution mechanisms:concerning this Agreement's terms. Therefore, each Party agrees, to use its best efforts to resolve all such disputes as rapidly as possible on a fair and equitable basis.
