Alternative Calculations and Payment on Early Termination and on Certain Extraordinary Events. The following sentence is hereby added to the end of Section 8(b) of this Confirmation: “For the avoidance of doubt, provisions for Section 8(b) of this Confirmation shall not apply to the Additional Termination Event described in Section 8(k)(v) of this Confirmation.”
