Alternate Routing. If no idle trunk is available in a selected trunk group, the System advances to the next route choice. If the end of the list is reached and no idle trunk is found, the software controlling the call selects the appropriate treatment code, and translation proceeds to the treatment table.

Alternate Routing. Alternate Routing allows 9-1-1 calls to be routed to a designated alternate location if (a) all 9-1-1 Service Lines to the Primary PSAP are busy, or (b) the Primary PSAP closes down for a period (e.g., night service).
Alternate Routing. If, for any reason, Hawaiian determines, in the exercise of its reasonable discretion, at any time, that the landing facilities at any point(s) on the itinerary of the charter are inadequate for safe operation or if landing is prohibited or restricted by law, Hawaiian may substitute in place thereof the nearest point at which, in Hawaiian's sole judgment, suitable landing facilities are available and landing can be made. In this event, the Parties shall share equally in the costs for the transportation and all additional costs of whatever nature, of the passengers to the original destination.
Alternate Routing. The capability of routing 9-1-1 calls to a designated alternate location(s) if all 9-1-1 trunks are busy or out of service. Alternate routing capabilities must be activated upon request or automatically, if detectable when 9-1-1 equipment fails or the PSAP itself is disabled.

  • Supplier Selection If Customer selects a seat or galley supplier that is not on the Boeing recommended list, such seat or galley will become BFE and the provisions of Exhibit A, Buyer Furnished Equipment Provisions Document, of the AGTA will apply.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.

  • Floor Loading Floor loading capacity shall be within building design capacity. Tenant may exceed floor loading capacity with Landlord’s consent, at Landlord’s sole discretion and must, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reinforce the floor as required for such excess loading.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION The guarantees defined in Paragraphs 2 and 3 below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A321 Aircraft as described in the A321 Standard Specification ***** as amended by the following SCNs:

  • Product Testing Upon request, Customer shall provide Operator a laboratory report for each Product delivery by Customer or Customer’s supplier. Operator will not be obligated to receive Contaminated Product for throughput across the Berths, nor will Operator be obligated to accept Product that fails to meet the quality specifications set forth in the arrival notice.

  • Floor Load Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises that exceeds 50 pounds per square foot “live load”. Landlord reserves the right to reasonably designate the position of all Equipment which Tenant wishes to place within the Premises, and to place limitations on the weight thereof.
