Alternate Proposals. Alternate Proposals are not allowed.

Alternate Proposals. The Issuing Office has identified the basic approach to meeting its requirements, allowing Offerors to be creative and propose their best solution to meeting these requirements. The Issuing Office will not accept alternate proposals.

Alternate Proposals. Since October 13, 2011, the Company has not (and no representative of the Company has) (i) solicited, initiated, entertained, encouraged, discussed, accepted or considered any inquiries, offers or proposals from any Person (other than Parent) which constituted, or could reasonably have been expected to lead to an Alternate Proposal or (ii) negotiated with any Person or entered into any agreement, letter of intent or other document relating to or contemplating, or any agreement in principle with respect to, any Alternate Proposal.

Alternate Proposals. Where required, vendors must submit complete specifications on all alternate proposals with the proposal form. Alternate proposals without complete specifications may be rejected. Alternate proposals and exceptions to proposal clauses must be clearly noted on the proposal form. The County may accept or reject alternate proposals; whatever is most advantageous to the County.

Alternate Proposals. Alternate proposals or proposals that deviate substantively from the requirements of this solicitation will not be considered. Offerors shall not insert in their proposal any written statement which will have the effect of making any material change or changes in the Technical Specifications or in any contract between the parties covering subject matter thereof.

Alternate Proposals. In addition to submitting completed price matrices, a proposal with alternate stair-step quantities may be submitted. If an alternate proposal is submitted, it will be evaluated by the Government if it is determined to be advantageous to the Government.

Alternate Proposals. 4.1. Alternative Quotes may be submitted in addition to a Conforming Quote. 4.2. To be considered a Conforming Quote, a Quote must: (a) be for the Supply specified (b) contain a completed Quotation Form, if applicable (c) contain completed Response Forms, if applicable (d) include any other information required in this RFQ, the Quotation Form and the Response Forms; (e) strictly comply with the Conditions of Contract and Council’s Requirements with no departures; and (f) in all other respects comply with this RFQ and all applicable Legislative Requirements. 4.3. A Quote that does not comply with Clause 4.2 (including a Quote that contains any deviations from the Conditions of Contract) is an Alternative Quote.

Alternate Proposals. Proposers may submit more than one proposal. All proposals must comply with the requirements of the RFP, except that additional proposals may incorporate, by reference, repetitive information that is provided in the complete proposal.
