ALTERNATE PROPOSALS. Where required, vendors must submit complete specifications on all alternate proposals with the proposal form. Alternate proposals without complete specifications may be rejected. Alternate proposals and exceptions to proposal clauses must be clearly noted on the proposal form. The County may accept or reject alternate proposals; whatever is most advantageous to the County.
ALTERNATE PROPOSALS. The Issuing Office has identified the basic approach to meeting its requirements, allowing Offerors to be creative and propose their best solution to meeting these requirements. The Issuing Office will not accept alternate proposals.
ALTERNATE PROPOSALS. Alternate proposals or proposals that deviate substantively from the requirements of this solicitation will not be considered. Offerors shall not insert in their proposal any written statement which will have the effect of making any material change or changes in the Technical Specifications or in any contract between the parties covering subject matter thereof.
ALTERNATE PROPOSALS. 4.1. Alternative Quotes may be submitted in addition to a Conforming Quote.
ALTERNATE PROPOSALS. It is recognized that some proponents may wish to submit more than one response to this RFP. In such cases a separate Form of Offer (Form 3) must be submitted for each alternate offered and enclosed in the same envelope as the main proposal. These alternate proposals must be clearly identified as alternates and will be submitted under the conditions of this RFP. In the event that a proposal does not precisely and entirely meet the requirements of this RFP, NRH reserves the right to enter into negotiations with the selected proponent(s) to arrive at a mutually satisfactory arrangement with respect to any modifications to the proposal.
ALTERNATE PROPOSALS. Proposers may submit more than one proposal. All proposals must comply with the requirements of the RFP, except that additional proposals may incorporate, by reference, repetitive information that is provided in the complete proposal.
ALTERNATE PROPOSALS. Alternate proposals are welcome. For example, if a vendor wishes to use their own ground terminal as a hub and provide a terrestrial link from that station to RFE/RL’s network in Prague, such proposals will be given due consideration.
ALTERNATE PROPOSALS. In addition to submitting completed price matrices, a proposal with alternate stair-step quantities may be submitted. If an alternate proposal is submitted, it will be evaluated by the Government if it is determined to be advantageous to the Government.
ALTERNATE PROPOSALS. Unless provided otherwise in this IFB, Vendor may submit alternate bids for comparable Goods, various methods or levels of Service(s), or that propose different options. Alternate bid must specifically identify the IFB requirements and advantage(s) addressed by the alternate bid. Any alternate bid, in addition to the marking described above, must be clearly marked with the legend: “Alternate Bid #46-22-1580 for ‘name of Vendor’”. Each bid must be for a specific set of Goods and Services and must include specific pricing. If a Vendor chooses to respond with various offerings, each must be offered with a separate price and be contained in a separate bid. Each bis must be complete and independent of other bids offered.
ALTERNATE PROPOSALS. Except as otherwise provided in this RFP, Offerors may only submit one proposal for evaluation. In accordance with 2 AAC 12.830 alternate proposals (proposals that offer something different than what is asked for) will be rejected.
