Alterations to your booking. Once there is a contract you cannot transfer your booking to anyone else or change it without our consent. If you wish to upgrade to a higher-tariff accommodation type, we will endeavour to meet your request and will charge the difference in the tariff applicable at that time. Changes to your booking may incur an administration fee. Whilst every effort is made to accommodate specific pitch requests, we reserve the right to change any allocated pitch without prior notice.

Alterations to your booking. Once you have booked your holiday you cannot transfer or change the details without agreement from Spreyer Holiday Parks Limited. If you want to make small changes e.g. type of accommodation or party members, we will try our best to help. For any changes to the original booking there will be an administration fee of £20 pounds. Any amendments that may include change of dates for your holiday will also incur the administration fee plus the possibility of an additional charge to reflect the change in holiday rates.

You can change or move the dates of your holiday at any time up to 30 days before the arrival date of your holiday, subject to availability and within the same year. If your arrival date is less than 29 days, you cannot change dates but can upgrade to a higher-tariff accommodation type for the same dates, subject to availability. We will endeavour to meet your request and will charge the difference in price applicable at that time. Changes to your booking may incur an administration fee. Whilst every effort is made to accommodate specific pitch requests, we reserve the right to change any allocated pitch without prior notice.

  • Modifications to Service This Auction Site reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to user. This Auction Site shall not be liable to users or any third party should this Auction Site exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the [Apartment/Plot] on the specific understanding that is/her right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the maintenance agency appointed or the association of allottees (or the maintenance agency appointed by it) and performance by the Allottee of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the maintenance agency or the association of allottees from time to time.

  • Safe Working Conditions The Employer undertakes to maintain office furniture, equipment, etc., in a practical and safe condition in order to avoid injury to employees or damage to their attire. Employees, for their part and in their own interest, are expected to advise the Employer of any such potentially injurious equipment.

  • Changes in Insurance Requirements Not more frequently than once annually, if in the opinion of District the amount of the foregoing insurance coverages is not adequate or the type of insurance or its coverage adequacy is deemed insufficient, Contractor shall amend the insurance coverage as required by District's Risk Manager or designee.
