Common use of Alterations and Attachments Clause in Contracts

Alterations and Attachments. All permanent additions and improvements that are made to the Project shall belong to and become the property of Lessor, subject to the provisions of the Lease and Sections 26 and 27 hereof. Separately identifiable attachments added to the Project by the District shall remain the property of the District. At Lessor's request, the District agrees to remove the attachments and restore the Project to substantially as good condition as when acquired and constructed, normal wear and tear excepted, in the event of failure by the District to perform its obligations hereunder.
