ALLOWANCE FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE WORK. Section 1: No Work In case any employee reports for their regular scheduled shift having been ordered to report for such work and then no work is provided, they shall nevertheless receive two (2) hours’ pay for so reporting.

However, while working on ships he will receive the ship rate and while working in the yard he will receive the bull gang In the case of an employee, whose regular duties consist of one specified job, and who reports for work and finds no work available. if such employee then transfers to a job carrying a lower rate, at his election. shall the rate paid him on his regularjob.
