Allowable Activities. CONTRACTOR must use and expend the funds awarded hereby solely to implement the project described in the Statement of Work exhibit, in accordance with the Budget Exhibit, and within limitations outlined in Special Conditions exhibit. CONTRACTOR may not use or expend the Contract funds in violation of the limitations and restrictions set forth in this Agreement.
Allowable Activities. 4.4.2.1 The Contractor shall be permitted to perform the following marketing activities: · Distribute general information through mass media (i.e. newspapers, magazines and other periodicals, radio, television, the Internet, public transportation advertising, and other media outlets); · Make telephone calls, mailings and home visits only to Members currently enrolled in the Contractor’s plan, for the sole purpose of educating them about services offered by or available through the Contractor; · Distribute brochures and display posters at Provider offices and clinics that inform patients that the clinic or Provider is part of the CMO plan’s Provider network, provided that all CMO plans in which the Provider participates have an equal opportunity to be represented; and · Attend activities that benefit the entire community such as health fairs or other health education and promotion activities.

Reimbursement shall be allowed for courses, workshops, institutes, or other organized activities taken at an accredited institution, as long as they relate to the unit member’s classification or a related class. Exceptions may be made for courses, workshops, or other organized activities offered by recognized business, industry, governmental, professional, and occupational organizations or associations.
Allowable Activities. A. This list is not exhaustive; CDC encourages individual jurisdictional and local needs to be met, as applicable, and to use a variety of mechanisms to expand the public health workforce, including, but not limited to:

Provide contracts or subawards to state or territory Lifeline crisis centers for the workforce needed to provide local, regional, tribal and/or statewide/territorial covered chat and/or text Lifeline services. • Conduct root cause analyses on identified critical incidents (i.e., deaths by suicide) where the last contact was provided by a state or territory Lifeline crisis center, if identified within 7 days after contact, or as defined by the state or territory.

Each recipient should review program requirements, including Treasury’s 2022 final rule, 2023 IFR, and the recipient’s Award Terms and Conditions, to determine and record eligible uses of SLFRF funds. Per 2 CFR 200.303, your organization must develop and implement effective internal controls to ensure that funding decisions under the SLFRF award constitute eligible uses of funds, and document determinations.

Allowable Activities. Develop and provide training and other resource materials for a variety of audiences (e.g., clinical supervisors, human resource managers, administrators, Ministry of Health staff, front-line counseling staff, recovery community leaders). Develop, implement, and/or participate in activities aimed at developing standards of professional practice for providers of mental and substance use disorders prevention and treatment services, including working with academic institutions to train and educate students and health care providers for these professions. Develop strategies and materials to enhance recruitment and retention of mental and substance use disorders treatment and recovery support service practitioners.
