Common use of Allotment Clause in Contracts

Allotment. 7.1 Subject to satisfaction or waiver (by TPI) of all the Conditions and prior notifications in accordance with clause 7.2, not later than 5.00 pm on the Business Day prior to the expected date of Admission the Company shall allot the Placing Shares to the persons notified in accordance with clause 7.2, conditional only upon Admission and following such allotment shall deliver to TPI a certified copy of the relevant allotment resolution.
