Allocation of Shifts. Where the Parties to this Agreement determine that shifts are to be rotated, such shifts shall be rotated on an equitable basis.

Allocation of Shifts. The Company shall post shift schedules no later than two (2) weeks in advance. The Company shall give employees forty-eight (48) hours’ notice prior to the changing of shift, except in emergency circumstances which would affect the proper operation of the plant and after the Company has made reasonable efforts to avoid changing the shift.
