Allocation of Resources. Without limiting Successful Respondent’s obligations under this Agreement, whenever a Force Majeure Event causes Successful Respondent to allocate limited resources between or among Successful Respondent’s customers and Affiliates, DIR and Customers shall receive at least the same treatment as comparable Successful Respondent customers.
