Allocation of Partial Payments. If at any time IFC receives less than the full amount then due and payable to it under this Agreement, IFC may allocate and apply the amount received in any way or manner and for such purpose or purposes under this Agreement as IFC in its sole discretion determines, notwithstanding any instruction that the Borrower may give to the contrary.
Allocation of Partial Payments. In the case of each partial prepayment of the Notes, the principal amount of the Notes to be prepaid shall be allocated among all the Notes at the time outstanding in proportion, as nearly as practicable, to the respective unpaid principal amounts thereof.

If IDB at any time receives less than the full amount then due and payable to it in respect of the Obligations, IDB shall have the right (as between IDB and each of the Borrowers) to allocate and apply such payment in any way or manner and for such purpose or purposes under this Agreement or any other Financing Document as IDB in its discretion determines, notwithstanding any instruction that each of the Borrowers may give to the contrary.
Allocation of Partial Payments. If the Individual Employer pays some, but not all, of its obligations under this Agreement, priority shall be given to payment of the items listed below in the following order:
