Allocation of Loans. All Euro Tranche C-5 Term Loans shall be made to BV Borrower as borrower unless a different allocation of such Loans as between BV Borrower and NAIP with respect to any borrowing hereunder is included in the applicable Committed Loan Notice.
Allocation of Loans. Except when this policy is in force as fixed benefit paid-up insurance, a loan will be allocated between Policy Value and variable paid-up additional insurance in proportion to the amount of cash value attributable to Policy Value and the cash value of variable paid-up additional insurance. On the date a loan is made, or on the date unpaid interest is added to the loan, the amounts invested for this policy in each Division will be reduced in proportion to the amounts in each Division. On the date a loan repayment is made, the amounts invested for this policy in each Division will be increased in proportion to the amounts in each Division.

Allocation of Loans. All Loans shall be made to the Partnership as borrower unless a different allocation of the Loans as among Borrowers with respect to any borrowing hereunder is included in the applicable Funding Notice.
