Common use of Allocation of Costs Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Costs. The costs for any rearrangement or transfer of Licensee’s Communications Facilities or the replacement of a Pole (including any related costs for tree cutting or trimming required to clear the new location of Utility’s cables or wires) shall be allocated to Utility and/or Licensee and/or other Attaching Entity on the following basis:
