ALLEGED VIOLATIONS. (i.) Hospice shall notify the LTC Facility administrator immediately upon notification of alleged violations involving mistreatment, neglect, or verbal or mental, sexual and physical abuse, including injuries of unknown source and misappropriation of Hospice Patient property by facility personnel.
