Common use of All Transfers Clause in Contracts

All Transfers. Each Transfer shall constitute a purchase of undivided percentage ownership interests in each and every Receivable, together with Related Security, Collections and Proceeds with respect thereto, then existing, as well as in each and every Receivable, together with Related Security, Collections and Proceeds with respect thereto, which arises at any time after the date of such Transfer. The aggregate undivided percentage ownership interest of the Transferees in the Receivables, together with the Related Security, Collections and Proceeds with respect thereto, shall equal the Percentage Factor in effect from time to time.
