ALL STUDENTS. If a student fails to occupy his/her room after January 2, 2019, the room may be reassigned if proper notice is not given to Campus Housing that the student will arrive late. A student who enrolls in classes and fails to occupy his/her assigned room will be responsible for paying the full housing fee for the space. All rights will be forfeited if the assigned student does not timely occupy the space, as required above.

ALL STUDENTS a. Shall protect and manage personal data in a safe manner by never posting, or otherwise distributing personal information such as photographs, home addresses, telephone numbers, parents’ work addresses or telephone numbers or the name and location of the school;
ALL STUDENTS. During the academic year: • Cancellation of this contract at the semester opening, but prior to November 1, shall result in up to a $900 cancellation fee. • Cancellation of this contract after November 1, but prior to the end of the semester shall result in up to a $600 cancellation fee. • Cancellation of this contract from the end of the fall semester but before April 1 shall result in a $300 cancellation fee. • Cancellation of this contract after April 1 shall result in a $100 cancellation fee. All cancellation requests must be in writing. Other charges and damages may apply under the provision of their contract such as damage to room. If a student is not approved for release from their Office of Residence Life Housing Contract and they choose to move anyway, they are still financially responsible for the entire contract.

ALL STUDENTS. 5 HESA UKPI 2015-16 Non-continuation We have developed new routes to progress to degree programmes. Through Associate Studentships students from Xxxxxxx Xxxxx College can now progressing to Year 2 in the Schools of Art, Design and Innovation and from Academic Year 2018/19, students from Forth Valley College will progress to new programmes within the School of Simulation and Visualisation in Sound. We have expanded our portfolio preparation programmes to include doubling our provision for widening access students to access our architecture portfolio classes, strengthening links between pre-entry activity for widening participation, articulation and recruitment activity to ensure continuum of support enhancing transition into and through GSA. This step-change, supported by strategic investment by the SFC in places and for three years the post of Progression Manager, alongside the actions detailed in our Outcome Agreement 2015-2018 and Strategy 2015-2018 around new programme development, mainstreaming equality including all protected characteristics, fair admissions, the development of our Open Studio, provides us with a strong foundation and proven results to develop our approach further in the period to 2021. We have demonstrated that strategic investment achieves demonstrable outcomes and institutional change. CASE STUDY 1 – GSA’s Open Studio Widening Participation transitions into Architecture from Portfolio Preparation Our Widening Participation team works with pupils from 90 target secondary schools and young people with experience of care. We help young people understand what studying a visual creative course is like and enable them to build a diverse and interesting portfolio of work for application to visual creative courses in further or higher education. Combining the forces of our Widening Participation and Open Studio (running short, weekend and seasonal day and evening courses) has allowed better integration and targeting of key schools and postcode areas, helping young people to develop professional portfolio and help them through every stage of the application process to art school. This includes giving impartial advice about filling in a UCAS Personal Statement, e-folio guidance, interview support workshops and one-to-one mock interviews. ALL STUDENTS. Any child who leaves the school grounds without permission violates school policy and will be subject to disciplinary action. Parental support is expected. Students who do not correct inappropriate behavior will be counseled by teacher, administration and parents. If the results show no change in the behavior of the student, parents will be asked to remove their child from school. The school reserves the right to inspect all property. This includes school lockers and backpacks.

This includes school lockers and backpacks. BICYCLES – ROLLER BLADES No bicycle riding is allowed on school grounds. Students entering and leaving school property must be off the bicycle and walk it to the bike racks where all bicycles must be parked. Students should wear a bike helmet for safety. All bicycles should have locks. The school is not responsible for damage or theft of bicycles. Bicycle registration with the police is encouraged. Student will probably be courteous riders and respect the property of homeowners. Rules Of The Road should be followed. Once winter begins, no bicycle riding is allowed. All bicycle riders must ride single file so traffic may pass. Skateboarding and rollerblading are not allowed on school property. We ask parents NOT to send their children to school on skateboards or rollerblades for safety reasons. Birthdays and Special Days: We enjoy celebrating many "Special Days,” and birthdays and other celebrations. If a child's birthday is in the summer, we will celebrate their half year birthdates. Notification will be sent home with all the details (date, number of treats, etc.) for summer birthday celebrations. Parents will also be notified of any other special events. They will be asked to help out by sending something such as napkins, cups, plates, treats, etc. sometime throughout the year for our "Special Days.” Some of these "Special Days" are Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.
