All Staff Meetings. When the Employer holds its regularly scheduled All Staff Meetings at the facility, a Union Representative and/or Union Xxxxxxx shall be given the opportunity to address the Bargaining Unit for up to 10 minutes.   • Staff Meetings Staff meetings, whether in the store or off the premises, shall be considered as time worked and paid for accordingly, except meal meetings at which the attendance is voluntary. Such meal meetings in excess of three (3) during each Contract year shall be considered as time worked and paid for accordingly.

The TAC shall: • Help set the project team's goals and contribute to the development and evaluation of its statement of proposed objectives as the project evolves. • Provide a credible and objective sounding board on the wide range of technical and financial barriers and opportunities. • Help identify key areas where the project has a competitive advantage, value proposition, or strength upon which to build. • Advocate on behalf of the project in its effort to build partnerships, governmental support and relationships with a national spectrum of influential leaders. • Ask probing questions that insure a long-term perspective on decision-making and progress toward the project’s strategic goals. • Review and provide comments to proposed project performance metrics. • Review and provide comments to proposed project Draft Technology Transfer Plan.   • Job Meetings Conduct a preconstruction conference with each subcontractor after award of the subcontract and prior to the start of its portion of the Work. Hold weekly progress and coordination meetings, or more frequently if required by Work progress, to provide for the timely completion of the Work. In addition, Construction Contractor shall arrange and conduct regular weekly Project status meetings with Design Professional and Owner. Construction Contractor shall use the job site meetings as a tool for the preplanning of Work and enforcing schedules, and for establishing procedures, responsibilities, and identification of authority for all parties to clearly understand. During these meetings, Construction Contractor shall identify the party or parties responsible for following up on any problems, delay items or questions, and Construction Contractor shall note the action to be taken by such party or parties. Construction Contractor shall revisit each pending item at each subsequent meeting until resolution is achieved. Construction Contractor shall attempt to obtain from all present any problems or delaying event known to them for appropriate attention and resolution. Construction Contractor shall prepare written minutes of job meetings described in this Subsection and deliver copies of such written minutes to Owner and Design Professional within three (3) days of each meeting.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.
