All Risk Property. The Contractor must maintain All Risk Commercial Property Insurance covering loss or damage at full replacement cost to any City of Chicago equipment, materials, parts, or supplies while in the care, custody, and control of the Contractor as part of the Contract. The Contractor is responsible for any damage to City property at replacement cost that results from this Contract.
All Risk Property. The All Risk Property insurance shall be in an amount to cover the replacement value of the Standard Equipment as set forth in Schedule A and all Supplements. Such policy shall: (a) name American as additional insured; (b) name American as the sole loss payee for loss of the Standard Equipment; (c) specifically insure the indemnity obligation assumed by Customer herein; (d) be primary without right of contribution from any insurance carried by American; and (e) provide that American will be given thirty days' prior written notice of any cancellation or material change of such policy.
All Risk Property. From the Commercial Operation Date through the Termination Date, All Risk Property insurance providing coverage in an amount at least equal to the full replacement value of the Facility against “all risks” of physical loss or damage, including coverage for earth movement, flood and boiler and machinery. The All Risk Property insurance may contain separate sub-limits and deductibles subject to insurance company underwriting guidelines. The All Risk Property insurance shall be maintained in accordance with the terms available in the insurance market for similar facilities.
All Risk Property. All-risk property insurance against all risks of loss to any Improvements or betterments to the Premises, at full replacement cost with no coinsurance penalty provision.
All Risk Property. Limits sufficient to cover the full replacement cost of the Facility.
All Risk Property. All Risk Property/Installation Insurance must be maintained by the Contractor at full replacement cost insuring loss or damage to City of Chicago property including Chicago Public Library system/equipment, computer hardware and software devices, machinery, equipment, materials, parts and supplies that are part of the project/agreement during the course of design, development, installation, implementation, upgrade and testing until City acceptance and during maintenance thereafter. Coverage is to be provided for the City of Chicago property/data in the care, custody and control of Contractor property site. The City of Chicago is to be named as an additional insured and loss payee. Contractor is responsible for all loss or damage to City property at full replacement cost including but not limited City systems/equipment materials or supplies that result from this Agreement during installation, maintenance or repairs, and for any loss or damage to City of Chicago property/data while in storage at Contractor site. Hosting Site Contractor is to provide evidence of All Risk Property Insurance for Property (Hosting) Site of Contractor that is part of the Agreement. Contractor is responsible for all loss or damage to personal property (including materials, equipment, tools and supplies) owned, rented or used by Contractor.
All Risk Property. All Risk Property Insurance at replacement value of the property to protect against loss of, damage to, or destruction of the building/facility. The City is to be named as an additional insured and loss payee/mortgagee if applicable.
All Risk Property. The All Risk Property insurance shall be in an amount to cover the replacement value of the Standard Equipment as set forth in Schedule A and all Supplements. Such policy shall: (a) name SGI as additional insured; (b) name SGI as the sole loss payee for loss of the Standard Equipment; (c) specifically insure the indemnity obligation assumed by Customer herein; (d) be primary without right of contribution from any insurance carried by SGI; and (e) provide that SGI will be given thirty days' prior written notice of any cancellation or material change of such policy.
All Risk Property. Insurance covering the loss, damage or destruction of all LICENSEE’s property including but not limited to property in the course of construction or installation, or assembly and/or property of others for which the LICENSEE may have assumed liability and/or property in the LICENSEE’s care, custody and control. The policy will include a waiver of subrogation.
All Risk Property. Hosting Site –If Applicable Consultant is to provide evidence of All Risk Property Insurance for property site of Consultant storing City data.
