All Reasonable Endeavours. in respect of a party obliged to use “All Reasonable Endeavours”, the pursuance of a reasonable course of action to achieve the stated outcome which may require reasonable expenditure, but does not require the party to pursue every available course of action to achieve the outcome or act outside its own operational or commercial interests. AMS: the online Access Management System the Applicant uses to apply for and manage its access to the UK Biobank resource. Applicant or Applicant Institution: the organization (e.g. University, company or other identifiable legal entity) making the Application for access in respect of the Approved Research Project and by which an Applicant PI is employed or otherwise contractually attached.
