Common use of All Participants Clause in Contracts

All Participants. For all Participants, the CHC-MCO must comply with continuity of care requirements for continuation of Healthcare Providers, services, and any ongoing course of treatment as governed by Section 2117 of Article XXI of the Insurance Company Law of 1921, 40 P.S. §991.2117, and 28 Pa. Code §9.684 and 31 Pa. Code §154.15. The CHC-MCO must comply with the procedures outlined in MA Bulletin 99-03-13, Continuity of Care for Recipients Transferring Between and Among Fee-for-Service and Managed Care Organizations.
