Common use of All Other Remedies Clause in Contracts

All Other Remedies. The Authority may exercise any and all other remedies available to the Authority at law or in equity (to the extent not otherwise specified or listed in this Section 16.2), including injunctive relief and specific performance as provided in Section 16.6 below, but subject to any limitations thereon set forth in this Agreement. The Authority may file suit to recover any sums falling due under the terms of this Section 16.2 from time to time, and no delivery to or recovery by the Authority of any portion due the Authority hereunder shall be any defense in any action to recover any amount not theretofore reduced to judgment in favor of the Authority. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall limit or prejudice the right of the Authority to prove for and obtain in proceedings for bankruptcy or insolvency by reason of the termination of this Agreement, an amount equal to the maximum allowed by any Applicable Law in effect at the time when, and governing the proceedings in which, the damages are to be proved, whether or not the amount be greater, equal to or less than the amount of the loss or damages referred to above.
