All Other Loan Documents. The Agent shall have received all other Loan Documents to be entered into on the Closing Date in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, and the Agent shall have received all information, approvals, resolutions, opinions, documents or instruments as the Agent shall have reasonably requested in writing.
