All Other Loan Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received all other Loan Documents in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and its counsel, and the Administrative Agent and its counsel shall have received all information, approvals, resolutions, opinions, documents or instruments as the Administrative Agent and its counsel may reasonably request.
All Other Loan Documents. The Agent shall have received all other Loan Documents to be entered into on the Closing Date in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, and the Agent shall have received all information, approvals, resolutions, opinions, documents or instruments as the Agent shall have reasonably requested in writing.
All Other Loan Documents. Subject to the Certain Funds Provision, the Administrative Agent shall have received executed counterparts of all other Loan Documents in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and its counsel, each dated as of the date hereof, duly executed and delivered by each Obligor party thereto.
