All other departments a. All other departments will provide a minimum of one (1) pair of coveralls for each work area and more where reasonably needed.

When an employee from within the bargaining unit is assigned to replace an exempt position in any department outside of the Newsroom, the employee shall be paid ten dollars ($10.00) per day for the replacement work for up to thirty (30) consecutive calendar days. When an employee from within the bargaining unit is assigned to replace an exempt position in any department outside of the Newsroom for more than thirty (30) consecutive calendar days, the employee shall be paid a premium of fifteen percent (15%) of the employee’s regular base pay for the replacement work.
