Common use of All Employees Clause in Contracts

All Employees. 1. The employee shall receive within three (3) months of the date of hire a central orientation program concerning the history of legal services, the structure of the national legal services program, the relationship between LSNYC Central and operating legal services corporations in New York City, this contract, health insurance, 403(b), the Personnel Manual, administrative procedures, central substantive and administrative resources and the training program. Where several new employees have joined an office’s staff during the month, some of the new employees’ orientation may take place in the second month.
